creative programming for digital media and mobile applications

I am much eager to share my personal experience with the online course that I took in COURSERA.

This courses has really helped me in my carrier in which I was awarded with distinction with “SIGNATURE TRACK CERTIFICATE” provided by UNIVERSITY OF LONDON/INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMMES which is worldwide certified and accepted by many institutions and colleges. I would really like to thank from the core of my heart to the COURSERA team for providing me this certificate.

As I was always eager to code for games, HTML and make mobile apps, so I took this course “CREATIVE PROGRAMMING FOR DIGITAL MEDIA AND MOBILE APPLICATIONS” in coursera in which I learnt to code in “processing” software and make programs and games  for the android and IPhone devices which was really fun and interesting. I found the lecture videos so effective and efficient and actually it was much fun than taking lectures in university classes anyway.

I completed all the assignments that was given in online and greatly passed the final exam with full time studying and attending university classes and exams. It was not so difficult in doing so and it was really entertaining in doing this course. I also did two projects as a part for the grading system one in mid-term (”processing based analog clock”) which was just mine simple good program and next one in final exam (“raindrop fall-catch game”). Through this course, I successfully build much more apps and games and put them in my own mobile (android’s and IPhone’s) and publish them in websites too (turn to JavaScript through processing).

It was much more fun and exciting specially to run the programs on the android (through debugging mode) and IPhone devices. With great effort and providing maximum of 15-20 hours per weeks besides lectures videos (3hr per week), I successfully completed the course with distinction and got the verified certificate. I found this course so simple and enthusiastic that the programming sequences and codes were much more similar to that of ‘C’ and ‘C++’ programming codes with additional many features. It has really helped me to understand the functions in which you can also find everything in processing website and wiki/processing.org.

The most fascinating thing this course “CREATIVE PROGRAMMING FOR DIGITAL MEDIA AND MOBILE APPLICATIONS” inspires me always is the HTML blogging and adding games in android and IPhone mobiles. You can simply code in processing with the program you like and blog it in your website. For example, if you make a game in processing and blog it in website and publish it and people can play this game at any time which is like playing online games. If you would also like to be a part of this course then you can register for free and take the online course in coursera. I would help in you in any way to complete the course.

I strongly recommend you to take these online courses in which you are much more interested in.

In COURSERA you can find every type of courses you wish today to learn about. So eventually there is no need to attend university classes or institutions and pay charges for extra courses and also you will also be awarded with verified certificates too. You can even add them to your additional documents or CV’s. It will be very much useful for you in making documents stronger.

You can even learn language courses from COURSERA. Beside this, I also took the “CIRCUITS AND ELECTRONICS” courses from edx.org and got the verified certificate from MITx. I also did “CONTROL OF MOBILE ROBOTS” from coursera to learn about controlling robotic parts and finally got the verified certificate after completing the course successfully. I find these courses much more interactive and interesting and I am doing more courses from coursera and edx.org like “BIG BANG THEORY”, “AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING” and many more.
